Hi, I'm Anika!
I'm currently pursuing my M.S. in Financial Engineering at the University of Southern California, where I also earned my B.S. in Computer Science and Business Administration.
My interests lie in equity research, investment strategy, and understanding the businesses and industries that shape financial markets. Through my experience in investment research, private equity, and technology, I've developed an interest in combining fundamental company analysis with quantitative and data-driven approaches to investing.
I'm particularly interested in consumer businesses, including fashion, luxury, and retail, and how changes in consumer behavior, brand positioning, and competitive dynamics translate into financial performance.
Outside of my academic and professional work, I write about markets, investing, and business through my Substack, exploring everything from financial strategies to the economics of consumer culture.
